"Breast Cancer Show Ever" is the ninth episode of the twelfth season (episode 1209) and the 176th overall episode of South Park. It aired on October 15th.[1] In Canada, this episode aired on October 24, 2008.

Synopsis
Wendy gets in trouble when she threatens to beat up Cartman after school.
Plot
At school one day, Mr. Garrison told the class to hear Wendy Testaburger's speech on "Breast Cancer Awareness." She said that 1 out of the 6 women die from breast cancer each year. As soon as Cartman starts hearing the words "Breast Cancer," he starts laughing and makes fun of it while Wendy begins to get angry. After class, Wendy is putting up "Breast Cancer Awareness" posters around the school while Cartman tells Wendy that he was sorry about what happened in class. After he tells her, Wendy starts to get really aggravated because Cartman starts to say "Her Killer Titties." Wendy, at that time, schedules a fight after school that same day. Cartman stated that he was going to beat her up because he was a "man."
As soon as Cartman and Wendy schedule a fight, Butters goes around telling the school that Cartman and Wendy were going to fight. Stan didn't know what was going on at that time. So did Kyle. Then, Bebe goes into the girls bathroom, telling the girl's about the fight after school. Then of course, Ike, tells his kindergarten classmates about it, and they all cheer about it. Lastly, Rebecca (also known as "Bertha and "Red") on purpose called The Goth Kids "Emo" telling them about the fight.
At lunch, the boys were talking about the fight that was going on and Cartman thought he would be ready for it right now. But instead, he would try to get away from it. He could see Wendy punching her hand ready for a fight. She had an evil look on her face and Cartman got scared after that. After lunch, Cartman whispers to Wendy telling her that he apologizes for what he said in class about making fun of Breast Cancer. He tries to get his away from it and she gets mad telling him to "Tell it in front of Everybody at the Fight." Then Cartman lies in front of everybody telling him that he didn't apologize when he really did. After telling, he runs up to Wendy still begging her to stop the fight before it starts. The Goth Kids tell Stan that Cartman was going to fight his "girlfriend" because Stan and Wendy have been dating after The List when he vomited on her While still trying to apologize to Wendy, he "psst" her to go into the Janitor's Closet. Wendy goes in and hears what Cartman had to say to her. He lied and said that his mom had Breast Cancer. Wendy didn't believe him. After, he said that he has Muscular Dystrophy. Then after, he said that his mother had Muscular Dystrophy in her boobs. Wendy still didn't believe him a bit. She said that she would beat him on the playground in the pit. Cartman then told Wendy that he would eat his underwear if she wouldn't fight. So he eats his underwear and cries telling her that he's sorry.
While Stan was in the bathroom, Cartman runs up to him saying that Stan was Cartman's "bro" and Wendy was Stan's "bitch" because Wendy is Stan's girlfriend. Cartman tells him what to do to stop the fight, and Stan said he had nothing. Later on, Cartman still thinks he was a pussy when he hasn't done anything. Then, Cartman vomits his underwear before that. At class, 5 minutes before 3:00, Cartman started to think about the bad things she said to him. After, Cartman thinks about getting away from the fight, that was a minute away. Jimmy and Butters also think about it while Clyde said that he couldn't see it because he had a detention after school. So Cartman thinks about getting a detention last minute by crapping on Mr. Garrison's desk. Then, he gives the detention. While in detention, Craig, Butters, and Jimmy tell him that the fight has been re-scheduled to the next morning before school. parents get mad at her with Cartman crying towards his mother. Cartman said that she was At Wendy's house that night, Wendy's parents tell her to come downstairs because Cartman's mom told Wendy's parents about the fight. Wendy's "awesome" and he wanted to be her friend because he didn't have a lot of friends at school. Then after a long talk, Wendy apologizes for scheduling a fight and torturing Cartman like what she did when he made fun of her. The next day before school starts, Cartman and the whole school wait for Wendy to fight each other. She comes to school looking down and she said she didn't want to fight him because Cartman went crying to Wendy last night with his mother. During school, after Clyde talking about "Recycling" Mr. Garrison has asked for one more student to come up. Cartman rose his hand and talked about "Breast Cancer" like what Wendy did. HE said that it was important, and with the multiple giggling made her mad again.

She was sent to the principal's office because the principal had to tell her something. Principal Victoria was a breast cancer survivor. She has told Wendy that she was diagnosed with it seven years ago. She said that Wendy had to fight in able to get rid of it or Cartman would still bother her. Wendy chose to fight him. She confronted him during recess. During the fight, wendy hits cartman and knocks him down he gets back up and punchs her in the face and starts hitting her with haymakers but she grabs his arm and hits his head of the jungle gym and then she knocks him out and he thinks everyone at school will think that he is a loser and a "fag" because he was beaten up by a girl in a fight. He wouldn't think he would be "cool" and everyone would make fun of him, and cries that his school life was over. The boys tell Cartman that everything was cool, and they wouldn't think any lower of him, because they can't think any lower of him. Cartman interprets this as the boys still think he's cool, and leaves jumping in joy.
On October 13th, a preview clip was released which depicts Wendy being told off by her parents for threatening to beat Cartman up, who has come to her house with his mother claiming he apologised and just wants to be her friend as he doesn't have many, and breaks into tears.[2]
Trivia
- Kenny and Kyle don't have large speaking roles in this episode, despite Kyle's often-shown hatred for Cartman. Kyle only has one line, and Kenny none.
- Bebe and Wendy are apparently friends again after The List. (Unless they actually never "broke up")
- This is the second episode since The List to reference Stan and Wendy's rekindled relationship. Cartman says "I'm your freind, and she's your bitch." as well as taunts from the red-haired Goth Kid.
- Cartman has been involved in a fight before, in "With Apologies to Jesse Jackson."
- "With Apologies to Jesse Jackson" he managed to fight his opponent pretty well whereas in this fight he didn't although it may be down to romantic issues with Wendy as seen in "Chef Goes Nanners."
- Principal Victoria had cancer around 2001, during the middle of the show.
- The fight scene between Cartman and Wendy, as well as the music, is a direct parody of the ending boxing match from the film Snatch.
